Please use the following rules to determine if your package qualifies for guaranteed Eid delivery:

• Pre-order Items: If your order includes pre-order items and their restock time does not fall within the Eid delivery window, the package does not qualify for the guarantee.
• Fully Eligible Packages: If all items in your order are "Guaranteed Eid Delivery" products and the shipping address is within the eligible regions, the package qualifies for the guarantee.

If your order does not meet the Eid guarantee criteria but you wish to split the shipment to ensure timely delivery of some items, please note that an additional shipping fee of $10 USD will be charged for each split shipment. • Customs Issues: Delays due to customs clearance when the customer has not promptly assisted.
